Most Domainry transactions complete cleanly. When they don’t, this page explains what we’ll do, what we won’t, and how to open a case.
1. Domain sales
- If the seller fails to initiate transfer within 5 business days of payment, contact support@domainry.app. We will attempt to mediate and, if unresolved within 10 business days, issue a full refund.
- If the domain does not match the listing (wrong TLD, subject to a UDRP claim, unresolved lien), you may open a dispute within 7 days of transfer for a full refund on return of the domain.
- Once the domain has been successfully transferred to your account and the 7-day dispute window has closed, sales are final.
2. Domain rentals
- Monthly leases can be cancelled at any time; you will not be charged for future months. Partial months are not refunded.
- If the domain becomes unreachable through the seller’s fault for more than 72 hours, the current month is refundable pro-rata.
3. Auctions
- Winning bids are binding. Refunds only apply where the seller cannot deliver the domain.
- Bid retractions are not permitted except in the case of an obvious typographical error notified within 10 minutes of the bid.
4. Promotions & boosts
Bumps, homepage placements, and other paid promotions are non-refundable once activated. If a promotion fails to run for a technical reason on our side we will re-run it or credit the same value.
5. SEO reports
SEO reports are digital goods generated instantly. They are non-refundable once viewed. If a report fails to generate, contact support for a re-run or refund.
6. Memberships
Membership tiers are billed monthly and cancellable at any time; you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at renewal.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your card issuer. Chargebacks bypass our dispute process and may result in suspension while we investigate.
8. How to open a dispute
- Email support@domainry.app from the address on your account, with the order or auction ID.
- We acknowledge within 2 business days.
- Both parties have 7 days to submit evidence.
- We issue a decision within 10 business days of the evidence deadline.
Decisions are final on the platform but do not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer under your local law.
